Khloe Kardashian is offering an intimate glimpse into her ongoing recovery following the removal of a cancerous tumor from her face in 2022. The Good American founder has been candid about her health journey, recently revealing that she turned to facial injections to address an indentation left behind by the surgery.

In a series of now-expired Snapchat posts, Kardashian shared photos detailing the changes to her face, both before and after receiving the injections. “As a result of the surgery, and the tumor my incredible doctor removed, I ended up with an indentation in the side of my face,” she explained. The images showed the indentation, which she chose to leave untreated for nine months, waiting for her doctor’s approval to proceed with the injections.

Kardashian, who has consistently been open with her fans, previously spoke about the decision to undergo surgery after noticing a “small bump” on her face that didn’t go away after several months. Doctors advised her to have it removed immediately, sharing that such a tumor was “incredibly rare” for someone of her age.

Expressing her gratitude, Kardashian reflected on how fortunate she feels to only have a scar as a reminder of the ordeal. “I was lucky and all I have is a scar to tell a story with,” she wrote. “Most people aren’t as lucky as me and I am forever thankful.”

Her decision to publicly share her experience is motivated by a desire to encourage others to prioritize their health. “I’m sharing this story so that I can remind everyone to get checked, and frequently,” she urged, stressing the importance of regular check-ups in catching serious health issues early.

Kardashian’s transparency about her health struggles continues to resonate with fans, as she uses her platform to raise awareness about skin cancer and self-care.
