The pop star’s Hollywood Hills retreat, boasting stunning city views and luxury amenities, finds a new owner for $14 million.

The pop star bids farewell to her Hollywood Hills home with sweeping city views and luxury amenities.

Ariana Grande has officially parted ways with her stunning Los Angeles mansion, selling the property for $14 million. Nestled in the celebrity-favored Bird Streets of Hollywood Hills, the over 10,000-square-foot residence offers breathtaking views of the iconic Sunset Strip, the Pacific Ocean, and beyond. The sale was handled by Aaron Kirman of the Aaron Kirman Group at Compass, who represented Grande.

The Grammy-winning pop star, known for chart-topping hits like “7 Rings” and “Thank U, Next,” purchased the modern four-bedroom, six-bathroom home in June 2020 for $13.7 million. Built in 2018 as a spec home, the sleek residence was developed by the Woodbridge Group. Woodbridge’s founder, Robert Shapiro, is currently serving 25 years in prison after being convicted of defrauding investors.

The mansion’s luxurious features include retractable glass walls, a wet bar, a wine cellar with space for over 300 bottles, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with a black silk granite island and Italian cabinetry accented in brass. The primary suite spans an entire floor, offering two vanities, a sitting area, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet fit for a pop icon. Other amenities include a media lounge, gym, sauna, and an infinity-edge pool with a sprawling deck perfect for soaking in those panoramic views.

The sale of this high-end property adds to Grande’s growing portfolio of real estate moves. In addition to the Hollywood Hills mansion, she purchased a 300-year-old estate in Montecito, California, last year for $6.75 million. The historic property was sold by Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.

While the identity of the buyer remains undisclosed, the Bird Streets continue to be a sought-after enclave for Hollywood’s elite, with neighbors such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, and Jodie Foster calling the area home.

Despite leaving behind this modern marvel, Ariana Grande is sure to stay busy balancing her music career and her role as a coach on The Voice. Whether it’s the bright lights of Hollywood or the peaceful charm of Montecito, the pop sensation’s next chapter is sure to shine just as bright.
